Welcome to Red Line Equestrian! These guidelines are intended to help create a safe, organized, and positive environment for horses, riders, and visitors. By working together and following these expectations, we can ensure consistent horse care and a smooth experience for everyone at the facility.
Facility Access & Visitors
Red Line Equestrian is a private training and boarding facility and is not open to the general public.
- Access is limited to boarders, approved clients, staff, and invited guests.
- Visitors are welcome but must complete a liability waiver before entering the property.
- Minors should be supervised unless other arrangements have been approved by management.
- Boarders are responsible for ensuring their guests follow facility guidelines.
- For the safety and well-being of horses and people, management reserves the right to restrict access to the property when necessary.
Horse Care & Health
- Current Coggins and required vaccinations must be kept on file.
- Horses should remain on a regular deworming and farrier schedule.
- Owners are responsible for providing feed and supplements as needed.
Stalls & Storage
- Horses must remain in their assigned stalls unless approved by management.
- Stalls, lockers, and storage areas should be kept neat and organized.
- Please limit stored items to designated spaces and avoid making permanent modifications to facility property.
Facility Use
- Please clean up after yourself and your horse, including manure, grooming areas, wash stalls, arenas, parking areas, and aisleways.
- Return equipment to its proper location after use.
- Help keep shared spaces safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone.
Horse Handling & Riding
- Horses should only be tied in designated tie areas.
- Riders are expected to work within their horse’s level of training and ability.
- Jumping above 2ft is permitted only during lessons or with prior approval.
- Safety is always the top priority for both horses and riders.
Respect for the Facility & Community
- Treat fellow boarders, staff, horses, and property with respect.
- Questions, concerns, and special requests are always welcome and should be communicated directly with management.
Trailer Storage
- Trailer storage is available with prior approval and must remain within designated parking areas.
- Trailers should be maintained in safe, operable condition and secured when not in use.
Acknowledgment
By boarding at Red Line Equestrian, boarders acknowledge that they have read and understand these guidelines and agree to follow them. Policies may be updated periodically to support the safety, care, and operation of the facility.
